For the first time since the beginning of the project in January 2021, the AIPlan4EU consortium gathered for a face-to-face plenary meeting, last 2-3 March 2023 in Trento, Italy.
The plenary meeting was an important opportunity to discuss past activities and establish the next objectives, as the project enters its final year.
On the first day of the meeting, the morning focused primarily on the recap of all the work being carried out during the last two years of the project. During the afternoon, the partners split up into several parallel workshops to discuss more specific aspects of the project, going from exploitation to delivery co-writing.
The second day of the meeting started with an update on the open-call use-case winners and a discussion about the test cases. The rest of the morning was dedicated to continue some of the workshops of the previous day.
Having this F2F meeting was an important and fruitful impulse for the partners to keep track of what is still to be done in order to achieve the desired results by the end of the project and how they will do it. It was also good that the partners finally met in person to straighten the relations between all in this final part of the project.
