Unified Planning 1.0 released!

Release of Unified Planning 1.0! Version 1.0 of the Unified Planning Library has been released on June 30. It is now ready for use in your projects!

The unified planning library permits to conveniently model and solve planning problems in a uniform way with python.

With the release of version 1.0 the API is now stable and the library is ready to be used in your projects.

Improved Protobuf Parser in AI4Europe experiments
